Grab your drain bag, pop it open, and get ready to change your oil.

You bet! It’s built out of a durable polymer and can be reused multiple times.

Easy fix would make it much better

Seems to me adding a secondary cap to the bladder for draining it and just making the hose and such a permanent fixture would be much more useful, and less messy than having an oily hose laying around. You could just cap it off and never have oil exposed to touch/get in your car on the way to recycle it.

Nice oil drain kit!

The valvomax drain system has totally changed how I change my oil and I love it! Previously I had to mess with sticking my hands in the path of the oil, digging in a pan of oil for the nut that fell into it.... Just a big mess and it got all over! Often had to clean my driveway with kitty litter- it was terrible!But I got one of their easy drain twist valves and installed it on my car and got this kit and changed my oil in record time the next time I went to drain my oil! No crazy mess, it was all contained into this container! And lucky for my I know where an oil center is here, I take the container in and dump it into their tank and then I have a oil drain bag to reuse! You could just take this whole thing to a place that recycles oil and leave it there as is so you don't have to do this though. I just found it more economical to reuse the oil change bag is all.Love this oil change system! Love all the stuff that goes with this kit, it all worked great!

Convenient way to safely and cleanly drain oil from vehicle.

When you need it, you need it. But some considerations...

We work on cars a lot in our family with at least one under restoration at any given time. This is a great kit to have for dealing with oil. Note that it does NOT contain the actual valve. The companion part to this set you'll want to look at is the ValvoMax QuickTwist Drain Valve in the appropriate size for your vehicle. At time of writing this review, those look to run around 45 apiece.Paper funnels are good for incidental one-use-only situations and can be thrown away, so you can keep these in your roadside/emergency stash box in your vehicle. They're not for regular use, and for the environment, I think if you think you'd use a funnel frequently or for some types of engines- it might make more sense to have a plastic one on hand. Also nice is the little dipstick cleaner, it's got a little clamp that will allow you to attach its container to something under the hood so it's always there if you need it. Says it will last up to 500 wipes. I think that might actually be possible, I was impressed with how it worked but the little plastic container can be hard to get open in really cold temps.The oil bag is actually really convenient, believe it or not. I hate the mess of the traditional oil pan, and this system makes it easy to drain the oil and keep it contained until you can bring it in for recycling.The clings are for forgetful people like me. If you change your own oil you don't always have that reminder and it can be problematic if you didn't note it down somewhere. You might chuckle now, but some of us do need the reminder.
